Suncity is a posh residential locality in Sector 54 of Gurgaon. It is a very posh locality and is next to the Golf course and has lots of greenery. The area has excellent road and metro connectivity. There are IT and industrial hubs nearby and this has created a demand for quality housing in the area. The quality of residential property in Sun City is very good and most of them have been built by reputed builders such as DLF, Sun city projects and the Vipul group. 83% of the residential projects in the Sun city area are apartments and builder floors. The apartments in Sun City are bigger and 97% of the apartments are 3,4 and 5 bedroom apartments. The area has been well developed and has good schools, hospitals, markets and service providers.
