OvikaLiving (ovikaliving.com) is a hybrid rental platform for hotels, BnBs, PGs, apartments, villas and its own premium Signature Stay homes. Instead of scrolling through hundreds of listings, renters send one request and matching owners respond live within 11 minutes. It's launching across Delhi NCR — Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Faridabad.

OvikaLiving covers short-term, mid-term and long-term stays in one app — hotel rooms and BnBs for a few nights, PGs and furnished apartments for students and working professionals, and villas or premium Signature Stay homes for families. Whether you need a weekend stay, a monthly rental or a long lease, you send one request and matching options come to you.
Owners, hosts and PG operators use the OL Partners app. When a renter sends a request that matches your property, you are notified live and can respond within minutes — so you get serious, ready-to-move tenants and guests instead of waiting for calls.
The first payment is held in escrow for safety, so both the renter and the owner are protected. Recurring monthly rent is then paid directly over UPI.
