TARC Tripundra is located in a Seismic Zone V area, ensuring structural safety. Project Details

TARC Tripundra, located on Bijwasan Road, near St. Froebell Senior Secondary School, Bijwasan, New Delhi, is spread across a significant area of 3 acres and includes 190 well-ventilated units. The project consists of three well-executed towers offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Although the commencement and occupancy certificates have not yet been granted, the project is scheduled for possession starting December 2025.
