This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of subscriptions and the eligibility for refunds.

Subscription Cancellation

      1. Agents and Property Owners:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]
  • Upon cancellation, your listing will remain active until the end of your current subscription period. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.

      2. Trial Period:

  • If you are on a trial subscription, you can cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid any charges.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan.

Refund Policy

        1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are generally not provided for subscriptions. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, and we will review refund  requests on a case-by-case basis.

         2. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the renewal date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of your subscription period.

        3. Processing Refunds:

  • You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. The new plan will take effect immediately, and you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the  upgrade based on the remaining period of your current subscription.

        2. Downgrading Your Subscription:

  • You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
