Townmanor is indeed melding the worlds of real estate and technology, in promise of a starlit journey ahead. Nevertheless, these ambitious plans come with a hefty price tag. As a result, we are reaching out to angel investors, bankers, and VCs inviting them to join us in transforming our strategy into tangible reality.

Founder & CEO
Nirmal Mohanty, possessing nearly four decades of international experience in the infrastructure industry, most recently working with oil & gas major Qatar Petroleum, Doha for a decade, where he held a crucial position with single point responsibilities for overseeing the multimillion dollar infrastructure development projects. He attended Stanford University to study Advanced Project Management, where he honed his skills in project management at a strategic level. Upon his return to India in 2019, he noticed a gap between real estate industry and information technology while investing in real estate, prompting him to establish Townmanor Technologies. The primary goal of this venture is to redefine the home buying experience through the utilization of technology.
Co-Founder
Reem Mohanty, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence in business based in New York, has accumulated three years of experience in product management with few American corporates in United States. She is currently engaged in the development of an app focused on sustainable fashion for launch in the US market. Additionally, she played a crucial role in the establishment of Townmanor Technologies.
